Cookie Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026 · Version 2026-11-03
This policy explains the cookies, browser storage and third-party content used on sepialabs.ai, sepia.work and lavalamp.rsvp, which are operated by Sepia Labs LLC. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
The short version
- We use only what the sites need to work: signing you in, keeping them secure, taking payments and remembering the settings you choose.
- We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Some pages carry videos, music or maps from other companies, added by the business that runs the page. These load only when you tap them or allow “Embedded media”, because those companies may set their own cookies.
What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Websites can also save information in your browser’s local storage and similar places. In this policy, “cookies” means all of these.
The categories we use
Strictly necessary
These keep you signed in, protect sign-in, forms and payments from abuse, take card payments through Stripe, and remember choices you make, such as your theme or your cookie settings. The sites cannot work without them, so they cannot be switched off. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the sites will stop working.
Embedded media
Videos, music and maps from YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. Until you tap one or allow this category, we show a placeholder, and nothing is loaded from that company. The one exception is in the signed-in app: an Instagram post shared in your Inbox loads without a tap. Once it loads, that company’s own cookie and privacy policies apply.
Analytics and Marketing
We do not use any today. If we ever add one, we will list it here first and ask before it loads.
Every cookie and storage item
This table is generated from the same list the sites use to decide what may load.
Content from other companies that stores nothing
Our pages load video still images from YouTube and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Our public pages use typefaces we host ourselves; only the signed-in design tools and deck previews load the typefaces you pick from Google Fonts. These set no cookies, but like any web request they show the provider your IP address. They are listed in the table above.
Your choices
- Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or the controls below, to allow or reject embedded media. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time.
- Each of our three sites remembers its own choice. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if this policy changes.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, and we will not turn on marketing cookies.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser’s settings.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date above and ask for your choice again.
