Opt-in happens on our forms.

This consent appears, word for word, beside the phone field on every Sepia Labs web form that collects a number — account signup, booking confirmations, event RSVPs, and contact forms. We send nothing until a person submits a form with their number. A previously opted-out recipient can re-subscribe by texting START; the primary opt-in is always the web form. Account texts from Sepia Labs (toll-free)

The opt-in for our account texts from (855) 629-9802, as it appears in the Texting step of account setup and in Settings → Notifications: what we send, an optional mobile number, and an unticked box beside the consent disclosure above, word for word. Nothing is sent unless the person ticks the box and saves. Every message in this program is listed at sepialabs.ai/sms.html.
